FAQ

  • Q: I purchased Eon, where is my product key?
  • A: The product key is emailed to the address provided at the time of purchase. Ensure you have checked your junk mail folder before emailing support if you have not received your product key.
  • Q: How do I activate Eon?
  • A: View the Activation How To.
  • Q: Eon is not displaying CalDAV Calendars?
  • A: Unfortunately Eon has limited CalDAV support as Apple does note publish all CalDAV calendars through their APIs (Delegate CalDAV calendars in particular).

    There is currently one work around to get these calendars to display in Eon. You can "subscribe" to your google calendars following these steps: 1) Goto gCal -> choose calendar of your choice -> calendar settings -> under "Private Address" choose iCal 2) Copy the url given, do not click on it. 3) Now goto iCal -> Calendars in the top menu -> subscribe -> enter the copied url and subscribe.

    Subscribed calendars are readonly. They will display in Eon however you will not be able to modify the calendars.
